Dreaming is for everybody

Illustrated dream interpretation from A to Z

Paperback, 256 pages, 17 x 24 cm, illustrated

Most people can dream while asleep. But not everybody can remember their dreams during sleep. Some are afraid to dream in their sleep. Others are hoping to experience a pleasant dream in their sleep. Everybody wants to know why a particular dream occurred. Everybody wants to know the meaning of that certain dream. Indeed, everybody dreams their own specific way but still, there are many ´common dreaming clues´ that may occur in anybodies dream. In this book these common clues, called dream-symbols, are extensively described. Assisted by dream-symbols and clarifying illustrations, the author explains our dreams and their significance in a very accessible way.

The author:
´We can all dream! Dreams are the thoughts, hopes, ambitions, plans, fears, dejections, frustrations and joys of every human being. One can dream during day time, even when awake. At such a moment, one dreams consciously, about what one desires, people one is longing for, situations one would like to experience and so on. Actually, dreaming when awake is called ´fantasizing´. In this book I call these fantasies daydreams. One can also dream while asleep. You then dreams subconsciously. These dreams can be compared to ´visions´. You can not choose the situations you experience in your dream and the people you meet in your dream. It just happens that way. The topic, the people and their actions or the atmosphere of a dream can not be selected in advance, they are presented to you ´ready-made´.

An illustrated guidebook to dreamland!
